Fixing tear in leather

I was looking at buying a couch and found one that I really liked at a great price. However it has a small tear (2inches) on the left hand area where ones arm would be placed. I really like this couch, and was wondering if anyone knows how much, or how to repair a tear like this?

They would likely replace the entire panel, any repair they did would be visable.
