Stay away from the bigger EPCMs, as you will likely get pigeon-holed... especialy in electrical.

If I were you I'd either gun for a smaller-middle sized engineering company so that you can gain responsiblities quickly, or go to a big producer as they have solid training programs.

50k+ and 3weeks vacation might be a stretch with the market in its current state for a new grad... but you do have previous O/G experience so who knows.
