Hello all

Does anyone know if an ex-employer paid you a salary after you quite how long after do they have to make you pay it back? I have been told after one month they cannot ask for the money back. Thanks any help would be much appriciated

They PREpay salaried employees? Weird... didn't think anywhere was dumb enough to do that.

Sorry I don't know the answer to this one, but sounds like they deserve to be screwed if they do dumb shit like that.

I wouldent say prepay. Im an ex-employee. I havent been working there since the middle of Jan. They just paid me my salary again on friday. And every 2 weeks since I stopped working for them. I have notified them and they said they are figuring out how much I owe them. I want to find out how far back they can go. Im pretty sure that last fridays salary i will need to pay back.

Why not just man up and give them the money back instead of trying to keep the free money that wasn't yours to begin with? You just noticed this for the first time since January?

They overpaid you, so do the right thing and give it back.
