Average hours: 55-60 hours / week

Travel Bonus last year was a trip to Mexico for everyone that worked through the entire season from beginning to end.

Labourer positions involve working on a team under a Foreman's supervision and leadership, building ponds and water features. The jobs vary from 1-day builds for smaller residences up to larger scope projects in higher-end suburban neighbourhoods and acreages (ex: Elbow Valley, Springbank, Millerville..)
