^ thinkin about it. But i need something running. The idea was to get right into the frame cutting and putting bags on it. and not having to worry about the motor or tranny for awhile. :thumbsup:

you can buy a running 350 do a little mods and drop it in, finding a running truck for 1000 bucks wont be worth the 2000 in air and the time in notching your frame and cutting your bed, and if you want it on the ground you need to modify your frame fairly significantly.

point being, buy something nice if you are going to pour hours and hours into it.

the plan was the bag it, and make it nice in the long run. the motor will be the last thing that goes into it.

As for time? who cares, im young and i have lots of it left :thumbsup: its for fun and to see what it turns out like. i've helped with motor swaps and stuff before, this will be something entirely new and i'll be doing it with the aid of my friend who's done this alot. and we already have the air bags and shit...
