Side Advertisements in Threads?

I've just noticed today that there are advertisements on the right hand side of threads. Some of them are video ads as well in square boxes. It looks out of place to me :dunno: and a bit annoying to see.

Yeah, true enough. Just thought it seemed a bit out of place and sometimes it looks like it's part of the post, is all.
