On April 28, BMW is taking the BMW-Sauber F1.07 to the Nurburgring with "Quick Nick" Heidfeld to see what they can do to the track record. It'll be the first time an F1 car has been there in 31 years, I believe since Niki Lauda's crash.
Very, very, VERY cool. Let's see how close they get to rage's GT4 record ;).

Man that car is going to get murdered out there on the ring.
My guess is there are going increase ride height significantly, along with spring travel, and down rated springs.
who is ever is going to pilot that beast sure is one brave man

They're not gonna come close. BMW's just running the car as an exhibition run, they're not going to push since it's WAY too dangerous to do so.

I still play it a lot, about 2 hrs on the ring (in PGR3) this weekend.
On GT4, I ran a 5:22.925 but could've gone a few seconds quicker if I didn't make some small mistakes.

Never figured out the F1's car settings for the ring, but the Nissan I used felt much faster than the F1 car coming out of corners.
^ Thats awesome Rage. Did you use a steering wheel?
...What is your name on Xbox? maybe we can play some PGR3. I can't wait till Forza 2.

Ya, I dunno if I could do it with controller, since most corner exits require steady part throttle.
I'm rage2 on xbox, up for some PGR3!
I'm VFF.....I'll be on tonight. If I don't see you then hopefully I'll see you some other time. :burnout:
