is that quite hard to import? and also how about i buy a car in USA and get licence and insurance in USA and then drive it back to Canada with a USA licence and insurance is that possible. cause i saw many USA cars in Vancouver.

Just make sure you decleare the plants at the border:

Even with free trade, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency is quite strict about USA plants in Canada...
