they dont have that meal anymore, the new thing to get is 2 double cheese burgers, and the fries are killer, so just get more burgers

Agreed provided that the average guy can prepare and eat 2 chick breats and a can of tuna a day, for the rest of us there's the powder in a jar

To tell you the truth, I eat at least 2 chicken breasts, with pasta, salad whatever, for dinner at least 3 times a week.

I also eat a can of tuna everyday bettwen lunch and dinner. Im gaining weight like mad. Although i do drink a liter of protien after every work out.

Yeah nothing like steaks for your protein and creatine.

But really just goto a place that sells protein powder (GNC) look for huge tubs that are on sale, make sure that per scoop say 34 grams that its almost entirely protein 30+ grams. Then look in the ingredients and check to see that the majority is variations of whey protien and isolates. I'm winging this from inside my head don't feel like looking up the article but i think i covered most of it. Again it wouldn't hurt to search or even search on Bodybuilding.com
