The loveseat is in great condition, barely used, and would make a very nice addition to any place. Its a very soft microfabric like material, and is really comfortable, Champagne color.
I have a matching Sofabed/Sofa if interested which I would sell at the same time for a nomial price.
Asking $100 obo.
Entertainment Center, White and in excellent condition, and has not been used in the last 10 years other than for storage. Would probably fit up to a 27" TV. Would sell for $25 obo.

The pictures are horrible, it looks MUCH better in person. The irregularities on the sofa on the right are a product of the flash, please ignore them.
