But why were Kipper and Dion there?

So here's my interperetation of the picture: -Curtain rises, 4 people are gathered in a mysterious blue room- Blonde "Yea, we stick these giant beads up our asses like this *motions*" Dion, speechless, looks like his jaw is about to drop, while pretending to smoke. Kipper, highly intoxicated, looks on and remains calm and cool, lighting another cigarette. The nasty, big boned transvestite in the background, listening in on the raunchy conversation, admires the blond talking to Dion, wondering if those anal beads will someday enter her/his buttox by the Blonde.
