I just bought this car, and the guy who owned it before me had installed some cheap ass lowering coilovers, and the car rides and handles like shit now. It is damn near dragging the ground, And can now even go over speed bumps.

What is the best bang for the buck setup?
I want maximum performance without drastically lowering the car.
Are Tokico, Koni, KYB, Bilstein, Are they all quite comparable?
I am thinking of something along the lines of eibach pro-kit 1.2 and 1.0, or tokico susp kit with 1.25 spring, suspension techniques 1.0.

And with say an .75-1.25 drop.
Will I need do buy a camber kit to have even tire wear?

Any ideas or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
I love the b16 in this car, I just have to make it handle fast!

If it handles like shit most likely the struts are going as well. What is the mileage on the car? I would do a simple koni adjustable and go with the eibachs if you dont want an adjustable coilover. Excellent setup and ride is awesome. If you want to go a bit cheaper on the struts and not go adjustable I would suggest the tokicos or kybs.
