as of right now Ervin is looking to hire somebody who has completed their first year.

In a bit of time I am sure myself and the other front end guy can sway the owner to hire a shop helper who would like to learn how to do routine services, and tires and a tiny bit of broom and cleaning. From the sounds of it a lube technician and general shop helper who is eager to learn the trade will become an open position in the near future.

As of now we need somebody with a first year experience, so that the mechanics now (who are swamped with work) are not holding your hand.
