I am selling a 1988 mr2. This car was a project of mine that has been an ongoing struggle that unfortunately must come to an end. I do not have the time or money anymore to finish the car so I must get rid of it. Unfortunately the car is in pieces and is not drivable so I am selling the car in parts/section. First there is the body, it was painted in 2003 and has not seen sun light since. I never got to drive the car so I can say it is in almost excellent condition ( a few nicks here and there). The interior also is in almost perfect condition there is one rip on the dash and the shift knob is worn a little. I am asking for $2000 obo.
The car came with a 4age 16v motor it has a burnt clutch and is in below standards. Comes with the transmission it came with. I am asking $500 obo.
I purchased a 4agze that is the supercharged motor for the mr2 it came from Japan so it is a JDM motor when I received the motor I was told that the motor had less than 80 000km on it. It also came with its original transmission. I never got to use the motor so I have no knowledge on it. Compression test were done before I received the motor and all checked out. I am asking $1500 obo.
I also have the HKS overdrive pulley for the supercharger never used and still in its original box. Asking $500 obo.
I have a set of winter studded tires for the car asking $500 obo. (The car comes with the original set)
Last I have a transmission from a 4age 20v I really don’t know much about it. A friend drove an mr2 in my garage to swap out the motor so I know it works. Asking $500 obo.
I’m flexible on the price so don’t hesitate on calling and making an offer on any of the above.
