Lada Niva Info

Can anyone give me some info on these?
Are they hard to get parts for?
I am thinking of one just for a fun little field car, if I could get one for cheap, and if it is worth it.

From what I've heard they're russian garbage. I doubt you'll find any parts through dealerships, so I'd stay the hell away. Lada has never been known for reliability.

Lada is the bomb haha, Niva is the SUV in the Lada lineup. Parts prolly non existent, and they suck for realiability. I am russian I would know haha, we used to have a lada :D

Ah too bad, they look like a fun little 4wheeler, doesnt seem worth it if you cant fix them tho
