Was going through receipts, since I bought it in october (damn taxes) here's the list of work done:
Front tires (not crappy tire specials, decent ones from fountain)
Full tuneup, air/fuel filters, cap & rotor, plug wires, plugs (bosch silvers). transmission gear oil was changed.
EFI fix - replaced all the o-rings/seals on the injectors, CTS, IAC, O2 sensor.
Exhaust from cat back - quality parts, not the 200$ speedy muffler special.
Mk3 Door handles on the fronts
Alternator

I've put on almost 30,000kms in that time (I drive a lot - cars got 5 trips to cranbrook, and at least 10 to edmonton), the alternator was the only problem that left me at the side of the road. Needless to say - cruise control works! :D

In other words - this is the perfect summer roadtrip car!

Hey, thanks for the info. I have one more question if i switched my drivers licence from BC to Alberta and insured it here in Alberta would i have to go through any inspections before ill be able to drive it on the road?

Also do you think we could arrange a time that i could come look at it?

Registered now in alberta - as far as I know you'd only have to do an inspection that may or may not be required by your insurance company.
