I'm looking into buying a couple computer games, but I hear the games I'm looking at need some pretty crazy computer specs. It's been awhile since I've upgraded my computer. So I'm wondering how I can find the specs for my computer to see if it meets the games' requirements.

Open Windows Explorer
Right Click on "My Computer" and select Properties
Under the General tab it will tell you what processor you have and how much RAM

Then you can go to the Hardware tab and click the Device Manager button
A window should display showing you the list of hardware you have. Check under Display Drivers to see what kind of Video Card you have

Do a google search on the Vid Card to see how good it and get an idea if it is okay for the games you are thinking of.

download everest home edition, it'll give you more information than you'll ever need.

1. Start
2. Run
3. 'dxdiag'
