switching wheels from the car to small SUV

is this recommended? if that bolt pattern is right and the offsets arent that far off, ( + or - 8mm) is it ok? the wheels are 18's off of a mazda 3 on to a 07 Outlander. what do you guys think?

If the bolt pattern is the same, and your offsets are reasonable for the vehicle its going on (eg. the rims arent touching or scraping brakes and no rubbing on wheel wells or suspension components), you should be set. I would see no issue. Wouldnt hurt to test fit.
