Replacing windshield

as all you might know by now, Calgary streets suck! i have chips and cracks on my front windshield glass, and it makes me mad looking at that every day. So I was wondering if any one could recommend a company that replaces car windshields. i know there is a lots but i would like to know from someone’s personal experience.
And how much did it cost, so that I could start saving for this.
