Yep, the good ol' nail on the road got one of my tires. What're some good shops I'll be able to take my car in to get this fixed - most preferrably walk-in service at a good price?

Thanks

Give TireCraft a call. Ask for Mike. They do all my oil/tire/suspension/exhaust related work.

Do you guy's have a kirks tire in calgary? Here in the hat they work on a first come first serve basis for all that kind of small stuff.

For any punctures or mounting, they will usually do it for free. Their regular prices are pretty competitive as it is.

Just stay away from Crappy Tire unless it's on a steel rim.

They fuck rims up.

Don't class all Canadian Tires all together. I am a tire tech at the Franklin store and I we never fuck up rims. Our shop sells the most tires in all of Canada. Also it is walk in.

You personally might not, but I wouldn't say majority of your workers are the same.

I usually go to Tirecraft on Mcleod Trail.

I used to work at fountain tire so I have to recommend them, lol. Walk in service, good price, and they have the right equipment to mount tires all the way up to 26" or something, and they know how to use it.

Yea, like he said get a kit at Canadian Tire.

Pop the wheel off. Find what punctured it. Remove it with a set of side cutters. Then ream out the hole, plug the tire and re-inflate. Check for leaks with soapy water.

Yah it's a pretty easy DIY. I've fixed 4 holes in the last year and a half, with out any problems. Stupid nails and screws from builders in new communities
