A friend of mine is selling her 2004 Civic Si 2-Dr for $16,900 OBO.
I've done a little market research on Canada Trader and other places and this seems to be a great price. Average seems to be around $18,500 for a 2 dr Si with roughly 65,000 kms. Great little Calgary car.
