I'm not sure what your applicaiton is but I have a 1.8" 60gb hard drive available.

Well I have a 2.5" HD caddy that I have a HD in but wanted one with more capacity. It is an IDE interface. What interface does the 1.8" one have and what do you want for it?

It is an ide drive, but I think you need an adaptor to go from 1.8 -> 2.5 " cables.

You can get very cheap 1.8" enclosures off e-bay which would be smaller (more portable) than a 2.5" enclosure.

Thanks but by the time I get a new enclosure and your drive I could get a new 2.5" 120gb. Although your solution would be considerably smaller solution
