512MB DDR pretty sure it's 333 maybe 400, whatever. $25 is about half price of new but you pick up somewhere in South end of town. I work during the day not too far from Chinook/Tunerworks and live in the far SW, Evergreen area. I'm willing to meet you somewhere... Let me know if you wish to buy it.

Actually I'm pretty sure I have a 2nd 512MB stick as well if you wish. I'll check later tonight.
