Do you know if any of those channels will be added for free to the standard HD channels already provided or will they charge extra for each?

Unfortunately I haven't been given that info yet, however I hope the timeshift channels will be free. Movie Central HD 2, WGN HD, HD Net will be paid for seperately, Movie Central will be a part of the movie central package, and the rest should be included in the hd plus package, which from what I know now does not include any price increase. I could be wrong though, it could be that they are all included in the $9.00 hd plus package, I should know by tomorrow. For some reason my email did not specify which package the channels would be introduced into.

There are also a few channel changes on analog and digital television feeds, for example the NFL Network is moving to channel 150.
