I have a pile of lumber, drywall, nails, etc, etc sitting around in my garage and I want to get rid of them before I move.

There are probably 10-14 sheets of new drywall, a bunch of new 2x4's, nails and screws, several steel stud bottoms and various lengths (some quite long) of 2x6's. If you need anything like this let me know and I'll shoot you a price. I would much rather sell it all in 1 or 2 big lots rather than in pieces so my prices are going to be cheap.

Here's what I have:

10 sheets of 4x10 drywall - never used
~25 standard 2x4 studs
1/2 box of 3.5" nails
1/3 box of 4.5" nails
8 steel stud bottoms (for basement framing)
Various lengths of 2x6 and 2x4 lumber
Various sizes, thicknesses and quality of plywood (mostly 3/4")

I'll take $200 for the lot if you pickup.

I'll be returning PMs as they came in. I don't have the time to deliver.

I decided not to finish my garage before we move. Home Depot charges about $15-16 a sheet for 4x10 sheets.
