View Full Version : when did shaw change their channels up?

it seems that channel 11 is no longer French CBC, and channel 18 is no longer MuchMusic.

does anybody know if they've gotten rid of these channels complete or if they've changed?

Much is something in the 50's i think its 55.

I think I saw sumwhere that MM and MMM are around 90's but I didn't even know Shaw has channels going up that high (I have satellite only:) ).

Yeah they are already two threads on this with all the info.

Go on the shaw page and find all the info, basically they added 7 new HD channels and moved them to the 200s instead of 300s, also added timeshift channels, and moved about 10 channels around (ie muchmusic)

It was in the newspaper sayin they changed...and MuchMusic is channel 51 now...Channel 18 is Home & Garden TV

like 2 days ago. its nice that bbcworld is like 28?? lol. fuck CMT. never enjoyed western music. let alone REBA.

Yea, noticed that tonight...

Channel surfing on 11 and then I was like WTF? I can understand this... then I though it was an English orgin show and any second some French translator will come on over voicing the original program...

Then it was ummmmm, a show about that short country music chick. She was singing a song about how she's 5 foot 2, truck rolled over, teeth got knocked out, step dad ran away with real dad, etc... etc...

I never realized that I actually havn't like much music for a long time until they moved it to the higher channels that I never check. I've barely watched it since they moved it, its all a bunch of reruns for terrible shows. I like having BBC now, I don't think it used to be a part of my old cable package (I only have to 30 with a couple random high channels).
