how to register?

i'm buying a car from one of the largest tow truck company in bc, however this car was never registered in canada. Its been in their storage for months. I'm just wondering after the purchase, how do i go by registering this car here in calgary? is that even possible or simply just give them a bill of sale, proof of insurance and out of the province inspection? let me know fellow beyonders!!!

I am assuming that this is from another country so...

I would make sure to do all the due diligence on this one. I thought that you had get the Out of Country inspection done within a certain amount of time or you had to move the car back out of Canada. Did they do all the RIV applications and what not?
