i have managed to get myself in a bit of a bind. i bought a scooter on ebay from vietnam and recieved it at customs on friday. regretably the documents the seller has sent are not sufficent for customs or the m.t.o. In vietnam they take the title of the vehicle to the local police station to get it deleted, in turn the police write out a declaration of deletion of the title. This does not seem to be good enough for customs and they will not release it without the original title. on top of this the warehouse it is being stored will start charging me $30 a day starting monday. does anybody have any idea around this?
