Hmm i didn't know they still made them, but i guess that explains why so many mint beetles were in mexico when i went there..and every 2nd car was one lol

i didn't know it was still in production that old school one.. It holds the record for the car in continuous production the longest. Until well...now really they had been cranking them out. You couldn't buy them here, our crash test standards were too stringent but in places that didn't have things like that you could still get them.

There is a hell of a lot of change from an old cj, to a tj. lol....
inline 4-v8

now they have a inline 4 and 6
The body, suspension, and powertrains are all different.

VW had the old Record for highest selling car of all time, the old Beetle at something like 21,000,000, now that record is surpassed by the VW GOLF! at apx 22,000,000 now. Crazy amounts! :bigpimp:

oh i know!....once i sell my car, (for sale now) i hope its not too hard to find a MK2 gold in good shape :thumbsup:...cause im pretty sure thats what im gonna get.
