I've tried accupuncture once when i had insomnia but it didn't really help much.
I'd like to try it. It seems quite interesting.
Maybe its one of those things that you have to believe in order to make it work;)

had it at physio when i hurt my knee. The first time it was ok, just felt normal, second time I think she hit a nerve or something because it made my whole leg hurt like a bitch, and the one spot was sore for several days. After that I never got it anymore..

Somewhat dislocated my shoulderr and had consistent pain in my left trapezoid. A few needles later the muscle pain in the trap was gone and the shoulder has been a lot better.
I went to the 5th Ave Physio centre on the 2nd floor of the Shell building

After both of my car accidents I went to accupuncture. I did notice it relieved some of the muscle
tension which was great. Immediately after the treatment I felt very very relaxed and usually
had a nap which was a plus! Doesn't even hurt either.
I'd reco acupuncture to anyone!

I get Acupuncture done when I have a cold or the sniffles. It gets the job done in 2 or 3 sessions. You get used to it, its not painful, just wierd...
