Anyone been to Tokyo?

If so, is there a good specific area to go to, to buy some cheap electronics like a digicam or some portable dvd players or something?

Not really interested in the latest technology maybe the cheaper older stuff there.

I may be going, but would have less than one day so would like to minimize the shopping around.
