Idiot in a new 6series BMW

This morning I was pulling into my usual parking stall downtown and halfway up some idiot with a new 6series BMW must have left his car in neutral or something, well it rolled out of its parking stall down the ramp and smashed into a corner of a cement wall...LOL :rofl: blocking the path in or out beyond that point.

No idea. Like I said, there was no one in the vehicle. It appeared to have been parked then rolled out of its parking spot into the wall.
