Mileage: 107047 km (as of April 23, 2007)
Exterior: Silver (Nordic Mist Metallic)
Transmission: Automatic
Reason for sale: Getting married this year and looking at different type of car
Purchased new from T&T Honda in 1998. Moved to Ottawa in 2000. Moved back to Calgary in 2006.
Driven throughout the year until 2004 Fall. Stored in winter starting 2004.
Starting 2002 winter, the car is only driven on weekends, and washed every Sunday in underground parking to be stored there for the rest of the week.
Starting 2004 Fall, the car was winter stored. For the rest of the year, it will not be taken out of the garage if it's raining or if the roads are still wet.

- Tanabe Sustec-Pro coilover suspension
Wheels:

- OZ Superleggera titanium grey 17x7 wheels with Falken GRB FK-451 tires
Others:

- Tint
Others (brand new and never installed):
- Apexi VAFC I
- Marcucci Motorsports Apexi VAFC I OBDII H22A harness
- Interior trim around the clock with the center vents - brand new from Honda, was going to use it for mounting the VAFC
- Tanabe Sustec rear underbrace
- 5 Honda S2000 oil filters
Accidents / incidents:
- 1998 - During the first oil change, delivery vehicle with a tow ball backed into the back of my car at T&T Honda. T&T replaced the rear bumper. - Repaired.
- 2000 - Because of my own fault, backed out of a driveway which had a snow covered fire hydrant on the side. Slight damage to rear driver side quarter panel and rear bumper. - Repaired
- 2001 - Hit-and-run incident, but the offender was caught. Front of car backed into in a parking lot. Damaged front bumper. - Repaired.
- 2002 - Car broken into by smashing the passenger window. On their first attempt to swing at the window, they missed and slightly dented the window frame instead. - Repaired.
- 2002 - Parked on a neighborhood street and a little kid biked into the front of the car (on the driver side) while turning around to stare at a Porsche on a neighbor's driveway. Kid was never caught, Porsche owner find that it was funny. I didn't think so. Damaged front driver side fender. - Repaired.
- 2003 - Because of my own fault again, while merging into seemingly empty road, the car in front decided to come to a stop. I stopped just in time to only cause a spider web clearcoat crack on the passenger side front bumper corner. - Not Repaired.
- 2004 - Someone attempted to steal the Mugen twin loop catback exhaust by cutting it. He/she gave up probably after figuring out that the stainless steel is very thick. But still managed to make a slit on the section just before the axle back portion of it. I have only covered up the slit with aluminum tape. - Not repaired.
I have all service records and all receipts for the parts purchased new. I also have all the original parts such as the suspension, exhaust, interior trim pieces, rubber covers for where the foglight goes, even the Honda NGK spark plugs I've swapped out. But one exception, I no longer have the original base black rubber side skirts and rear valence. My Jack Russell Terrier chewed up the ends so I threw them out.
Out-of-province inspection was completed November 2006 which required brakes to be serviced (new pads all around and new rear rotors).
Asking 15500 for everything listed and some not listed.
I am willing to remove the following items from the sale for 14000.
- OEM trunk matt
- OEM floor matts
- JDM Type-S intake
- JDM Type-S carbon fiber gauge overlay
- JDM Foglights and wiring harness
- Spoon front and rear tower strut bars
- OZ Superleggera titanium grey 17x7 wheels with Falken tires
- Honda Prelude shop manual
- Apexi VAFC I + Marcucci harness
- Interior trim around the clock with center vents
- Tanabe Sustec-Pro rear lower strut brace
- 5 Honda S2000 oil filters
If one really wants the Mugen twin-loop exhaust removed as well, I will have to look into the labor cost of swapping out the exhaust and getting new exhaust gaskets. But I would say around 13500.
I will have current pictures of the engine bay, interior, trunk once the weather gets better and I put insurance back on the car. I can however post a few older pictures sooner.
PM me for more details if interested.
