Had full timing belt service done at 86,000 km due to failing autotensioner (warranty at least), now at 111Km I have to do it again because of failing autotensioner. :guns:

This time doing the H23 manual tensioner swap......look out 5gen'ers or it'll get you too! If you're doing a timing belt job, do the manual tensioner swap to avoid doing it two or three unncessary times.

Totally understand how you feel, mine failed 6 times in a couple months under boost and finally did the conversion. Auto tension blows

^werd. That is probably the best upgrade you can do for the h22a4. I'm glad I didn't have to trek down that road....

I was boosted for over 40k without a problem with the auto tensioner. I went manual anyway though.
