Where is the cheapest place in Calgary to get a haircut?
I just want to do a 1 or 2 all around and don't want to be forking out the normal $12+ for a 5 minute job, nor do I trust my mom doing it for me.
Thanks.

Haha...well normally my haircuts are $14-$20 depending on where I go. I've always gotten a regular haircut and haven't ever just chosen to go nearly bald. I just don't see why it should cost that much to almost shave my head within 3-5 minutes.
$12 too much for me? I guess i'm just being a cheap asian guy.

If you're getting short buzz cuts (almost shaved) why don't you just get clippers and do it yourself on a #2 or #3 setting. The clippers will cost you $20 and it'll take you 5 min at your convenience without having to leave the house.

Go to Wal mart, buy a hair cutting kit (the power cutters with a million attachments) for like $15-20, and get a friend to buzz your head every time for the price of 1-2 haircuts.
EDIT: God damnit you beat me to it by like 5 seconds.

Hahaha, Thats exactly what I was thinking.
But yeah, just go buy clippers and do it yourself.
Very cheap and once you do it a couple times, it's extremely easy to do yourself in just a couple minutes.

Thanks.
if you are that cheap, just:
1) buy a plastic bowl for 99 cents
2) place it on your head.
3) cut along the plastic line
you're done!!!

On the east side of center St, right past the center st bridge in Chinatown is a Chinese hairdresser. Forget what they're called, but I get my hair cut there for $8. I don't have much hair to begin with so it works for me.

That place looks filthy. I wonder if they sanitize their stuff.

12 bucks is the average price for a haircut from some chinese person in chinatown or in their basement -
i bought a hair clipper from xs cargo for 9 bucks.
use it once a week doing a number 1 cut. One hair cut and its already paid for itself.

I think hair cut is like min $30 ?? and that is china town already .. ( plus $6 parking .. :banghead: )
time for DIY .....

Well thats some weak shit right there. One more reason not to join the military I guess.
You could just start trimming your bangs yourself and grow the rest out. That way you will grow a mullet and fit right in here in Calgary.

I go to Xpressions ($14) which is right beside the $8 shop. It's so much better at Xpressions.
