Looking for: Room to rent for 1 (single, basement, split, etc)

Hey guys,

A friend of mine is looking for a place to rent for a reasonable rate (ie: around $600/month). Must be near the downtown core, or have reasonable public transportation to downtown.

He is 23, has steady employment at Milestones as a bartender. Really nice guy. Just seeing if anyone here is looking for a roommate to split rent with. Willing to consider any/all options (single bedroom apartment, split a 2 bedroom apartment/basement/suite, etc).

in a shared accommodation, you could find rent like that, but of course dependent what areas he's looking for could be the issue

How easy is it to get to a C-Train line from there?

its pretty easy to get to a train. going to school it takes me 20min max in the morning to get to a C-train. if you bus it, probably about 30 min.
