Brand new and OEM (not a cheap knockoff with poor fitment),fits prefacelift coupes will include fog lights and everything needed for install, plus its primered so paint wont be expensive and install will be a breeze, were getting a full kit and have no use for the front, let me know if your interested, you will pay what we pay
