forgot to mention, ABS light is on, Im pretty sure its a wheel sensor as it came on when I switched the rims over, Didn't care to get it checked out as I don't care for ABS

Either you need to bleed air out of the ABS pump, or the pump is toast. Common problem with 5gen accords.
