Pick up a used '01-'02 for < $45,000 and you can mod it to that for substantially less than $120k.

Edit: With 250,000 km less on the odometer

Although you could get close, I think these cars have some one off pieces...

'This vehicle has very high kilometers 297,458km mostly highway driven, Owner of the Very Rare 01 M3 GTR had his Licence Suspended and Cancelled from Racing, so thats why he sold it to us.

Note: This 2001 BMW M3 GTR has SUSTAIN MASSIVE DAMAGED ON THE FRONT END AND ROOF, ALL AIRBAGS WERE DEPLOYED AND WAS SENT TO GERMANY FOR REPAIRED BY BMW in June 2003, HAVE ALL RECORDS AND RECEIPTS FROM BMW.'

And you would buy this piece of shit over a revenue property? you got to be crazy!
I thought it was a mistype when they said 300k, but they definitely confirmed that it wasn't - not to mention that it had 'Massive Damage'. I don’t care if it was fixed by Jesus Christ himself (assuming he can fix cars) - there is know way I would buy a written off car for that amount of money. I guess that is just my opinion though.

Edit: not to mention that he obviously bagged the car - it says that his license was suspended because of Racing. What a tool lol

ps they can't even spell license...

Yeah, that would be cool if it was new and in mint condition. But as is, I would rather have a stock E46 M3 with the 3.2.

Yes, I would buy a good cond. M3 GTR Street Version, but not necessarily OVER revenue property....You only need 10% down on a new house/condo AND you have a year build-time, then you sell said revenue property after taking possession and, well you know how it goes ;)

and sorry for :repost:

Okay so merging isn't working for me:drama:
