I got some PBR MetalMaster Pads instead of the Pagid ones, anyone have any experience with the PBR's? They were more expensive and from what I hear were way better...

AHAHA, well I Finaly Located the tool I needed to get the caliper off (Damn off sized metric allen bolt)
Fired the brakes on there with the new pads, Holy #%$&$*#%& what a difference!!!
I thought the brakes on my car were pretty good, they worked really well, but these things are way better than I had anticipated.
I did some 120 to 0 stops at threshold, and they were so smooth, no fade after repeated runs. I would say a 25% reduction in stopping distance. I recommend them!

did you remember to break in the rotors/pads?
yes, they had about a week or two of use on them prior. And then after installing them, they got a night of city driving use on them before the heavy stopping.

Did you upgrade the tires to handle all the braking power. Good set of brakes don't make a real big difference. It's all about the tires.
