If I was to swap my d16 for a b16b ctr engine, would my injen cold air still work for that engine with little or no modification.

Is the intake on the d16? If so it prolly wont fit . If its on the b16 then you just need to see if there is enough room in the engine bay. you can always see if it will work you never know, try intalling the cai on the b16(assuming its on the d16) and it may fit or it might need a tiny bit of fabrication.. hope this helped:dunno:

manufacturers make engine specific intakes for a reason jeremy.

you would think that they would be more chassis specific cuz you need the same location for the hole into the bumper for the filter, but the throttle body should be in the same approximate position.

you tell me if you see ANY difference other than the b series one only has one fitting other than the air temp sensor boss. which is okay, I can just use a breather on the valve cover and use the one fitting for the other hose.
I am sure that it will work.
also keep in mind that in the b series pic, the sensor is not installed nor it the breather tube. thanks.

where are you getting a CTR engine? Does it come with ECU?

You'll probably have to shorten it a bit from the looks of the picture. Test fit it when you get the engine in. If it looks like it'll fot then cut the extra intake tubing off.
