need new brakes

i ahve a 2002 sunfire and was wondering how much it would cost for new brakes...they just started squeeling and its only the front right one so can i just replace the front brakes.......and where is the best/cheapestplace to get them done??

do them yourself, its fairly easy to do

the pads will only run you about 30 bucks

Unless ur rotors are pooched. I think mine are starting to go, gotta go get em hopefully just fixed, not replaced...If their fine, i'll toss on new pads, full set costs like 80$ for a decent pair, and 3 hours of my time a friends time, and a 12 pack....

I did new rotors and pads on my VW in less than an hour, and that included the jacking of the car.


And dont go to the dealership, you will get owned. GM's are Brutal.

Hit up a Part Source or Mopac or something, they can get you OEM junk at less than half of the dealership price.
