I am the owner of the home,
Male or Female ages of 20-35.

It is a two-story house with an unfinished basement
its a total upside down house, the kitchen, living room, dining room are all upstairs in a loft layout style, with a balcony off of the dining room.
The 3 bedrooms and laundry room are on the main floor.
3 bedrooms, 1 office, 2 1/2 bathrooms,

Currently, there is myself (26yrs old) living there.
the room is fully wired for Cable TV, telephone, wireless internet.
