I am wondering on friday nights when you have to go through tech do they care about a cracked windshield?

No they dont care about that. As long as its not like crazy shattered where u look or anything. They care about things like

Battery secured down tight,

good tread on tires

if u have subs they have to be screwed to the floor or removed,

Any just anything else under the hood that may look off.
