Well it seems there are people disputing Paris Hilton's sentencing of 45 days in prison. I, for one, feel that this sentence is not nearly harsh enough so after being inspired by this petition.

Everyone makes mistakes. She didn't hurt or kill anyone, and she has learned her lesson. She is sincere, apologetic, and full of regret for her actions as she explained tearfully to the Judge handling her case in court yesterday.She is distraught and understandably afraid.

If she somehow gets free I hope that every single woman in California who DUIs uses this as an example and gets off free as well. I hope she doesn't make it through her 45 days there and somehow dies... or gets AIDS.
