I have seen both the kits and the engine in the wheel but has anyone ever done it?

I was at costco and you can buy an engine for $240 which is 7hp?...and it would rock...

Wow that's pretty cool. Cheap method of transportation to go about 30 mph. Haven't seen one in person before though.

I've had one for a year and a half. Sure fun to rip it on the street, go off road then the pathway:nut:. My top speed is 55km/h but since my gaskets are blown after 4500km, tops out at 30km/h. Too lazy to rebuilt. There great fun, so many people ask about it and little kids jaws drop when they see it.
You don't need insurance, license, or registration. Beware, always lock it up

Theres better kits out that are 4 stroke instead of 2 stroke that will accept the Honda GXH50 engine

Isn't there something like this at Canadian Tire?

Yeah you can buy the bike with engine at Canadian tire. I am sure it sucks though. Building it yourself would be the way to go - much faster.

Just when we thought kids couldn’t get any lazier they come out with this stuff lol.

I had a guy that was working with me down home that took his wipper snipper (sp?) motor and put it to his pedal bike...it was soo cool...let's just say he had lots of attention for it...

so if you want to go the cheap way you can try that hehehe

build your your own, not really hard. motor mounts and a clutch setup are your biggest hurdles. theres a NoS kit and turbo out there for pocketbikes. keep it under 80cc. Put your mind to it, come up with something creative.
