You might remember a while ago (8 months or so ago) I had this car for sale. Now my brother is selling it due to lack of funds.
1987 BMW 325i
272xxx km

5-speed
4 Door
Red (paint is very good, no dings or dents)
Very sharp Houndstooth interior
Alpine MP3/CD Headunit
MTX speakers (amped)
BMW alloys with very good condition all season tires ("bottlecaps)
Alarm
Cruise Control
Fully loaded (power windows, door locks, mirrors, sunroof)
Coolant was leaking so has a couple new pipes now and new coolant
New Starter

The bad:
Needs new throwout bearing
Pin in drivers door broken (currently being fixed, should be fixed before the car is sold, if all goes to plan)
Front passenger ball joint boot needs replaced

Due to the problems above, he is asking 1700 for the car. You can give Brent a call at 472-2081 and leave a message if he doesn't answer.
Car is located in Okotoks and currently registered and insured in Alberta

If I think of anything else I will update

Steelies in pictures are not the alloys I am talking about

How much would it cost to fix the problems:

1) throwout bearing

2) Front passenger CV boot

???

My brother called one of the BMW dealerships in Calgary about the throwout bearing, they quoted 500 installed, so not too bad actually.
CV boot I couldn't tell you, I am sure someone can give me a number when they read this, I have a feeling somewhere in the 200 range

I was just reading over the specs of the car and it says sunroof but none of the pictures show any signs of a sunroof.

Also do you have any interior pictures??

I will get interior pics
Look at the top pic, you can see a sunroof outline. I can see what you mean that it doesn't look like there is one but it's there!

Had to go pick up my golf clubs last night, so wasn't home until late and didn't get pictures of the interior... but I will!!

I will be reccomending to whoever buys the car to go to AutoMann, which is where this car has been serviced for most of its life, and it has the records to rpove it (have a full file just for this car, the PO took very good care of the car)

wow, another houndstooth interior, my e30 also has the houndstooth, apparently it's a super rare interior, also it looks like the car has cruise control, still functioning?

Works like a charm! I have relied on that many times between Edmonton and Calgary

Sounds like my dad will be footing the bill for the parts if the car doesn't sell in the next week or so, so if you want to get a good deal you better come get it ASAP!!

Any rust whatsoever and is it original paint?

You should seriously just fix it then sell it, will make a sale much easier.

No rust, original paint. And it's in the shop now, though now it has no reason to be sold, unless i get a good offer
