Good local bands to check out this summer?

Anyone know any "must see" bands from Calgary this summer? I have a lot of evenings off this summer and I want to take full advantage of them! So far I have only seen a couple and they were horrible... One was "Beldens Wall" , they have to be the worst live performance I have seen in ages, and an indie band named "secret broadcast" and they were ok.... What's good guys?

Starting May 17 they're going to be the house band for the Back Alley every Thurs night.

They put on a wicked show.
