FS Subs and Amp

Hey all, One of my buddies from work is trying to sell his system before maylong weekend for some extra cash.

I have attatched the pictures with the model of amp, it also comes with a mono block sub box with 2 12" Infinity Subs,

He said he used it for about a year. and the system isnt currently hooked up, but if you want to take a look at it his number is :

He wants 450.00 for it, Is that a fair price?
