LF: Average price of a garage *moved*

Any of you guys know how much would it cost to have a single garage built? or maybe a double? I just want to get an average price.

Not sure how much this will help but...

My bro' just got a price from Home Hardware for a complete double garage package (without concrete pad) including labor. It came in at $13,000. This is in Sherwood Park.

if you goto home depot they charge you up the ass for packages especially if they install it too. but for the pad alone it's going to cost you between 5 and 8000 depending on the size. My cement guy just did a pad for one of my customers and it cost me 6500 and that was a 24 by24.
